The addition of an engraving requires a minimum delay of 2 weeks (except when the workshops are closed in August).

If the jewel you wish to order is available in our stock in the right size, we will be able to send it to you within 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France and in Europe, through our secure carrier partner. 
If the size you want is not available, your jewel will be made to order for you within 6 to 8 weeks, in our French workshop.

Delivery time

We understand that buying jewelry can be a delicate process. That's why we offer you the possibility to exchange or return your JEM piece free of charge if it doesn't fit, with the exception of personalized and engraved pieces, and we will refund your entire purchase.
The exchange and return period is extended until January, the 31st.

Exchanges and returns

The payment of your online order can be made by credit card or payment card or via Paypal.

No credit card data is saved on our servers. You can enter your card data on a secure page managed externally by our service provider Mercanet, in charge of the processing of our bank's electronic payments. The SSL security protocol allows for optimal security in the transfer of data.

We propose you a method to know your wrist size from your home. If you are still hesitating between two sizes, we advise you to take the bigger one for your comfort.

If the size of the jewel does not fit, exchanges and returns are free and easy: we take care of everything! A size reduction is also possible on some of our collections.

We use French sizes. For international equivalents, please refer to the correspondence table below or on page 6 of the size guide.

Size correspondence

We offer you 3 different methods to know your ring size from home. If you are still hesitating between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger one. Fingers can be more "swollen" at certain times, for example at the end of the day or in summer. Also, for your comfort, it is better to wear a ring that is a little too big than too small.

If the size of the jewel does not suit you, exchanges and returns are free and easy: we take care of everything! Resizing is also possible on some of our collections.
